We started producing on-hold recordings in 1994 with one main philosophy: "The only way we can build our business is to help you build yours". We still maintain and carry that philosophy. As a leader in the On-Hold messaging industry, we are working to raise the level of industry excellence, such as in quality control. In 2000, we helped found the On-Hold Messaging Association, now with over 80 members worldwide.
